Trying out new things… So interesting to see what the body is capable of achieving with a certain control of our breathing patterns and muscle memory… I am so thankful to having found a physical aspect to my Yoga journey that I have neglected for many years in favour of staying in the mind all the time… I have realised now that through my body I access a different perception of myself and of reality… My mind stays still when I focus on my breath and on my movements… And if it distracts itself, like in this video, well, sometimes you hit the floor… and you get back to it!
